What this site is

StrataSpace is an informational reference library about consumer security software. Reading it is free, requires no account, and involves giving us nothing.

Information, not advice

Everything here is general information. It is not professional security advice, not legal advice, and not advice about your particular device, business or circumstances. We cannot see your equipment and do not know your situation, so nothing on this site should be treated as a recommendation tailored to you. For an incident that has already occurred, the Australian services listed throughout — including the Australian Cyber Security Centre and Scamwatch — are the appropriate starting points.

Product information changes

Prices, features, platform support, subscription terms and refund policies are set by vendors and change without notice to us. Where this site describes a product, it describes what could be established at the time of the last review, and the vendor’s own current documentation is always the authoritative source. Check it before you buy. The product entry lists explicitly which facts we have not verified.

Do not attempt to interfere with the site or the server that hosts it, and do not use automated means to place unreasonable load on it. Ordinary reading, linking and search engine crawling are all welcome.

Liability

We take care to publish accurate information and to correct errors when they are pointed out, but we do not warrant that everything here is complete, current or free from error, and the site may be unavailable at times.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that applies to you under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded by agreement. Those rights apply regardless of anything written here.

To the extent permitted by law, and subject to the paragraph above, FOKUSON STAV s.r.o. is not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, information published on this site, or from your dealings with any third party you reach through it. Where liability cannot be excluded but may be limited, our liability is limited — at our option — to supplying the information again or paying the cost of having it supplied again.

These terms may be updated. The current version is always the one on this page, identified by the effective date at the top, and it applies from that date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic, where the publisher is established, and the courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them. If you are a consumer in Australia, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of Australia, including the Australian Consumer Law, or of the right to bring proceedings where those laws permit.
