Contact the publisher
There is no contact form on this site, and no field to type into. That is deliberate: StrataSpace collects nothing from readers, and the simplest way to keep that true is to have nothing that collects. Correspondence goes to one email address.
Anything you put in an email — your address, your name, whatever you write — reaches us because you chose to send it, and it is used only to answer you. How long it is kept, and what happens to it afterwards, is set out in the privacy policy.

The publisher is established in the Czech Republic and writes for readers in Australia. Email reaches us more reliably than post.
What we can help with
- Factual corrections to anything published here, which we would rather hear about than not.
- Questions about how the site is funded, how coverage is decided, or how the affiliate arrangement works.
- Requests under privacy law about information we hold, which in practice means the contents of your own emails to us.
- Rights holder enquiries about material published on this site.
What we cannot help with
Setting expectations honestly saves everyone time.
- Technical support for any product. StrataSpace is an independent publisher and is not a reseller, partner or authorised support channel for any vendor. If a product will not install, will not activate, or has flagged a file, the vendor’s own support is the only place that can act.
- Subscriptions, invoices, refunds and cancellations. We have no access to any vendor’s billing system and cannot see, change or refund a charge. Contact the vendor through its own account portal, reached by typing the address yourself. The entry on subscriptions and your rights sets out the steps and the escalation routes.
- Advice about a specific device or incident. We cannot diagnose a machine we cannot see, and we would be guessing. For an incident, the Australian services below are better equipped and are free.
- Legal advice. The consumer and privacy material on this site is general information, not advice about your circumstances.
If something has gone wrong, these are faster than emailing us
- Scamwatch, run by the National Anti-Scam Centre at the ACCC, for reporting a scam.
- Australian Cyber Security Centre, for cybercrime and cyber security incident reports and recovery guidance.
- Your bank or card issuer, immediately, if money has moved or card details were disclosed.
- ACCC, for conduct by a business, alongside your state or territory consumer protection agency for an individual dispute.
- OAIC, for complaints about the handling of personal information.
- eSafety Commissioner, for online abuse, image-based abuse and cyberbullying.
A note on unsolicited messages
We do not accept guest posts, sponsored articles, paid placements within the category entries, or link insertions. The commercial arrangement behind this site is limited to the single disclosed affiliate link described on the affiliate disclosure page, and it is disclosed precisely so that nothing else has to be guessed at.
We also do not send marketing email, because there is no list to send it to. If a message claims to be a StrataSpace newsletter, subscription notice or invoice, it did not come from us — we have no subscribers and we sell nothing.
