Privacy Policy
Effective date: 21 September 2026
This policy describes what happens to information when someone visits strataspace.online or writes to the publisher. It is written to match how the site actually works, which is why it is short in the places where nothing happens.
1. Who is responsible

2. What is collected
Three categories, and no others.
Nothing through the website itself. There is no form, no field, no newsletter sign-up, no account, no quiz, no download gate and no chat widget anywhere on this site. There is nothing to submit, so nothing is submitted.
No cookies, and no browser storage. This site sets no cookies of its own and permits no third party to set cookies through it. It uses no localStorage, no sessionStorage, no IndexedDB and no fingerprinting technique. There is no analytics service, no advertising tag, no conversion pixel and no third-party script of any kind. No fonts, images or scripts are loaded from other hosts. This is described further in the cookie policy.
Ordinary server logs, kept by the hosting provider. Like any web server, the one serving these pages records a line for each request: the IP address the request came from, the user agent string the browser sends, the URL requested, the response status, and the date and time. These logs are produced automatically by the hosting infrastructure. They are not combined with anything else, not used to build a profile, and not used to identify individual readers.
Whatever you put in an email. If you write to info@strataspace.online, we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and the contents of your message, including anything you attach.
3. Why, and on what basis

There is no advertising profiling, no audience measurement, no sale or sharing of information for marketing, and no automated decision-making of any kind.
4. How long it is kept
- Server logs: retained for 30 days from the date of the request, then deleted by the hosting provider in the ordinary course of rotation. Where a specific log entry forms part of an active security investigation, it may be kept for up to 12 months from the date of the request, and no longer.
- Email correspondence: retained for 24 months from the date of the last message in the exchange, then deleted. Where an exchange concerns a legal or accounting matter, it is kept for as long as the relevant Czech law requires records of that kind to be held.
5. Who else receives it, and where they are
Two recipients, both of which are necessary for the site and the email address to function.
- The hosting provider that operates the server delivering these pages, which necessarily processes the request data described above in order to serve the site.
- The email provider that operates the mailbox for info@strataspace.online, which necessarily processes messages sent to it.
No one else. No analytics company, no advertising network, no data broker, no social platform, no font or content delivery network. Because this site loads nothing from other hosts, visiting a page causes no request to any server outside the site’s own hosting.
Cross-border disclosure (Australian Privacy Principle 8). The publisher is established in the Czech Republic, and the hosting and email infrastructure is operated outside Australia, in the European Union. If you are in Australia, information described in this policy — including your IP address in server logs and the contents of any email you send — is disclosed to recipients outside Australia, and is handled there under the law of the country in which those recipients operate. By continuing to use this site and by choosing to write to us, you are aware that this overseas disclosure occurs.
6. Security
The site is served over HTTPS, so the connection between your browser and the server is encrypted. Access to the server, its logs and the mailbox is limited to the people at FOKUSON STAV s.r.o. who need it to run the site, and is protected by individual credentials. The most significant security measure is the design of the site itself: because it collects nothing, holds no reader accounts and stores no personal information beyond the two categories above, there is very little that could be exposed.
7. Your rights under the Australian Privacy Principles
If you are in Australia, you may ask for access to the personal information held about you, and ask for it to be corrected if it is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete or misleading. In practice, the only information capable of identifying you is an email you sent, together with a log entry that would have to be located by IP address and time.
To make a request, email info@strataspace.online. We will respond within a reasonable period, and normally within 30 days. If you are unhappy with how a privacy matter has been handled, raise it with us first. If it remains unresolved, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, which regulates privacy in Australia and publishes the Australian Privacy Principles.
8. Data breaches
If a data breach occurred that was likely to result in serious harm to an individual whose personal information was involved, we would assess it promptly, notify the affected individuals, and notify the relevant regulator — the OAIC under the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme where that scheme applies.
9. Rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR
FOKUSON STAV s.r.o. is established in the Czech Republic, so the General Data Protection Regulation applies to its processing. Where the UK GDPR applies to a reader in the United Kingdom, the equivalent rights apply.
The legal basis relied on for both categories of information is legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f): operating and securing our own website, and responding to correspondence addressed to us. Consent is not relied on, because the site sets no cookies and performs no tracking — there is no processing here for which consent would be the appropriate basis.
You have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification of inaccurate data, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and to object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interests. Requests go to info@strataspace.online. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in the Czech Republic, the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), or the authority in your country of residence.
10. Children
This site is not directed at people under 16. It collects nothing from anyone, including children, and it holds no information that could identify a child unless a child chooses to send an email. If we became aware that we held such information, we would delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the revised version is published on this page with a new effective date at the top, and the previous version ceases to apply from that date. Because the site sets no cookies and has no mailing list, there is no other channel through which we could notify readers, so checking this page is the way to see the current version. If cookies or any tracking were ever introduced, this policy and the cookie policy would be updated and a consent mechanism put in place before anything was set.
